colors are vibrant, but 3 months delivery and poor workmanship

I fell in love with the quilt when I saw it... I had been looking for months.... Ordered on May 26. A shipping label was created... alas, it was never scanned again. After a month of emails (to their credit they responded fairly promptly to my queries, they just didn't DO anything), a second label was created on June 27 (shipping form China, btw, not Texas). And another month of emails ), the quilt was shipped Aug 10 and was received Aug 20. The colors are vibrant, and I really like the print. However, the quilt is sooo long that when the print is centered on the bed, the end hangs down to the floor. When you pull it off the floor, the mountain is tucked under the pillows. Worse, the (very thin) backing of the quilt is not attached except on the edges, and it is apparently smaller than the quilt itself, so the edges curl under. I contacted the company and explained my concerns, but have had no response. I woudl not buy from this company again.

Einige kurze Tipps zur Zumbamboo-Pflege:

· Schlafsäcke sollten NICHT auf links gewaschen werden, sondern mit dem Reißverschluss vollständig verschlossen werden, um die Innensteppung zu schützen

Wir raten von der Verwendung im Trockner ab. Wir empfehlen, die Schlafsäcke zum Trocknen aufzuhängen oder flach hinzulegen. Öffnen Sie Ihre Schlafsäcke beim Trocknen und richten Sie einen Ventilator darauf, um die Trocknungszeit im Haus zu verkürzen.

Unsere Produkte werden direkt vor dem Verpacken gedämpft. Manchmal können sich während des Transports durch die Art und Weise, wie der Stoff gefaltet wird, Abdrücke oder Dellen bilden. Da Bambus ein sehr empfindlicher Stoff ist und warm gefaltet wird, kann die Kompression während des Transports zu Dellen oder Flecken führen, die den Stoff schimmern oder seine Farbe aufhellen. Diese Abdrücke stellen keinen Mangel dar und sollten nach der ersten Wäsche verschwinden. Bei Problemen wenden Sie sich bitte an unseren Kundenservice.

Zumbamboo-Produkte haben den höchsten Bambusanteil auf dem Markt (95 % Bambus). Bambus ist ein empfindliches Material und kann durch Oberflächenabrieb manchmal fusseln. Beispielsweise kann Krabbeln auf Teppichen, Reibung an Kleidung/Stoffen, die nicht aus Bambus bestehen, beim Tragen, Halten oder Waschen zu Fusselbildung führen. Wir empfehlen, wenn möglich, Bambus-Bettlaken und/oder Wickelauflagenbezüge zu verwenden.

Glücklicherweise beeinträchtigt Pilling die Funktionalität der Artikel nicht und sie bleiben weich. Ein Umtausch aufgrund von Pilling ist nicht möglich, da dies bis zu einem gewissen Grad in der Natur des Stoffes liegt.

Um Pilling zu reduzieren, empfehlen wir, die Kleidung mit anderen Bambusstoffen im Schonwaschgang in kaltem Wasser zu waschen und anschließend zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Wir empfehlen, Babyausstattung auf links zu waschen, um Pilling zu reduzieren. Unsere Produkte erfüllen alle bundesstaatlichen Sicherheitsrichtlinien und übertreffen alle bundesstaatlichen und EU-Standards hinsichtlich giftiger Materialien/Chemikalien, einschließlich Blei, Nickel und Flammschutzmitteln.

Unsere Druckknöpfe bestehen aus Zink und Kupfer, unsere Reißverschlussanhänger aus Zink und Aluminium und sind mit ungiftiger, bleifreier Farbe beschichtet. Unsere Reißverschlussschiene besteht aus Kunststoff. Obwohl wir versuchen, unsere Größen so einheitlich wie möglich zu halten, werden unsere Produkte von Hand genäht, was zu leichten Abweichungen innerhalb jedes Produkts führen kann. Aufgrund der natürlichen Dehnbarkeit des Bambusgewebes können die Maße unseres Stoffes um 1–3 cm für die Nahtzugabe abweichen.
